The 1st annual Thornscrubs picnic and the grand opening weekend of La Rosa!

Sunday, October 12th, our first and only show of the year, stacked with surprises, special guests, animals, happy people rocking, songs you’ve heard, songs you haven’t heard… it’s going to be a time. Starting at 4pm, FREE and all ages welcome, we will have you all in bed by 9pm because this is DAD ROCK.

This event will also serve as a very special open house for the community to experience Tucson’s new venue, La Rosa. There will be food by @micatering, line dancing class by @countrybandits_az, kiddo activities, tattoos by @tattoothemoon & @diablaink, and vendor pop ups from @heliotropemetal, @awareness.ranch, @efmushrooms, @shopdesertd, KingSlender Western Vintage and more.

Thornscrubs is meant to represent this place and this time, and in order to see the band, you gotta come to the land. We’re all connected here!

Pulling support from around the desert, @rickygleason from Hermosillo, @judekellen from Phoenix, and bringing my brother @arisarvayo back home from whatever big city he’s in to join us. This is my Super Bowl, I can’t wait to see you all there.
