How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online only through SeeTickets by Eventim. Check our calendar or our venue page on SeeTickets.us to purchase. While SeeTickets may allocate specific seats to you, La Rosa has the right to change the seat locations to others of equal value.
How do I pick up will-call tickets?
All tickets are strictly available in digital form. There are no will-call tickets.
What ID do I need to bring?
Bring a legal photo ID, especially if you plan on drinking as everyone will be carded.
Are there age restrictions for shows?
Unless otherwise noted, all shows are 16+. Under 16 allowed with guardian.
What is your refund policy?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date. If the event has been canceled or postponed, you may be entitled to a face value plus tax refund (if tax was charged), subject to the event producerโs posted refund policy. All fees (booking, service, transaction, processing, shipping, etc.) are non-refundable. Specific to shipping/fulfillment fees, refunds will only take place for shipping/fulfillment fees if the customerโs package has not been mailed by Eventim/See Tickets. Supporting act subject to change. No refunds will be issued.

Venue Information
Where is La Rosa located?
800 N. Country Club Rd, Tucson, AZ 85716
Off of Speedway Blvd. on Country Club Rd. inside of the chapel of the Historic former Benedictine Monastery.
Is parking available?
View our parking map here. La Rosa asks that you be respectful to our surrounding neighbors while finding parking.
Is handicap parking available?
Handicap parking spaces are available on site for no charge. Please let the parking attendant know that you have a handicap placard and they will direct you to handicap parking spaces.
What is Angel Parking and how can I purchase?
Angel Parking is our pre-paid, on-site parking lot. It is available for advance purchase only and is not available for purchase in person. There are a limited number of spaces available.
How to purchase:
To purchase your guaranteed parking space, go to our calendar and select the show you have (or are buying) tickets for, add the $10 “Angel Parking” ticket to your car, and check out!
When you arrive at La Rosa on the day of the show, turn into the Benedictine parking lot. Show your Angel Parking ticket to the parking attendant, and the attendant will direct you to the lot.
What public transportation options are nearby?
The closest bus stop to La Rosa is Country Club and 3rd St. and receives lines 17, 3, 4, and 109x.
Where is the rideshare pickup area?
Pick up and drop off location located immediately outside of the front entrance.
Can I ride my bike to La Rosa?
Absolutely! We are located near 3rd Street and Treat Ave which are designated bike boulevards on the city bike route. Ample bike parking available.
What type of payment does La Rosa accept?
La Rosa is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I have my private event at La Rosa?
Absolutely, we would love to have you! Contact events@larosatucson.com for more details.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, several ramps are on site.
Do you have accommodations for people with disabilities?
ADA seating available. Contact admin@larosatucson.com if specific accommodations are needed.
Can I see the seating chart?
Please note: Rose and Gold Circle tickets guarantee you a seat in that section, but not a specific seat. Arrive early to choose your preferred seat within your section!

Where are the High Top Tables and Side Stage seating located?
High top tables for 4 includes 4 tickets and a reserved table with four comfy stools. Side stage seating are individual stools. Both the high top tables and side stage seating areas are near and have visibility of the stage.

Event Policies
What items are not allowed inside?
Weapons, professional camera equipment, drugs, outside food and drink, folding chairs or chairs of any kind, metal water bottles, and certain accessories that could be used as weapons are all forbidden on La Rosa grounds. Personal items such as pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks or anything that could be considered dangerous or contraband will not be allowed in the building. Bags must be under 6โ x 9โ in dimension, i.e. clutch or fanny pack style, OR a clear bag up to 12โ x 6โ x 12โ. All bags subject to inspection.
Can I bring a camera?
Unless you have received explicit permission from the artist or La Rosa, professional cameras are not allowed.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No, however La Rosa does allow you to bring an empty clear plastic bottle to fill with water.
What bags are allowed?
Bags must be under 6โ x 9โ in dimension, i.e. clutch or fanny pack style, OR a clear bag up to 12โ x 6โ x 12โ. All bags subject to inspection.
What happens during security screening?
Trained members of security staff will check attendees for contraband followed by a quick routine waist check, pat downs if necessary.
Can I leave and come back in?
There is no re-entry to the venue. Exceptions for retrieving items from Sisters.
Is there a dress code?
We only insist that you be dressed and wear shoes. Sensible footwear is strongly advised. Spiked jewelry and chains, including wallet chains, will not be allowed. Purses and bags will be searched prior to entry.
What if I arrive late?
Box office closes a half hour before show ends. Try not to be later than that!
Food & Beverage
What food and drinks do you sell?
There is a full bar located inside the venue. El Taco Royale serves up delicious tacos (including a vegan option!) on the patio by the Veranda Bar.
Do you serve alcohol?
Do we ever!
Do I need ID to buy alcohol?
Yes, even if you are 50 and look 100 years old.
Practical Details
What time do doors open?
Please refer to your tickets and/or the event ticket page for specific details related to your event. Generally, the Veranda Bar (located within La Rosa) doors open 1.5 hours prior to show start time for guests 21+ to enjoy, and venue doors open 45 minutes before showtime.
What if I lose something at the venue?
Contact La Rosa at 520.222.9833 to see if your items are in the Lost & Found. An ID will be required for claimed items. Items left in lost and found for longer than 30 days will be disposed of or donated.

Special Circumstances
What if a show is cancelled?
Refunds for cancelled or postponed events are generally automatically processed. If there are special conditions or circumstances around an event cancellation or postponement, customers may be required to provide certain order and personal information (i.e. confirm mailing address) in order for refunds to be executed.
What if a show is postponed?
La Rosa will contact customers via e-mail in the case of a postponement.
Do you have VIP packages?
If an artist is offering a VIP package, the tickets will be available on SeeTickets. Not all shows have an artist VIP event.
Can I take photos during the show?
No professional camera equipment is allowed without prior clearance. Cell phone photos and recordings allowed unless otherwise requested by the artist.
