Beginning July 20th, parking at The Benedictine (including Angel Parking for La Rosa and parking for Sisters Restaurant & Bar) will be managed by AirGarage. As part of this change, Angel Parking will no longer be offered as an event add-on.
Hereโs what to expect:
The parking lot will have two sections:
- La Rosa Event Parking:ย There will be a flat evening rate for La Rosa event guests. Spaces are first come, first served.
- Sisters Restaurant & Bar Parking:ย Parking is free for guests dining at Sisters when validated by the restaurant. This validation is for restaurant visits only and does not include event parking.

We encourage guests to use eco-friendly transportation methods including carpooling, using ride share apps, and bicycling (we are located along the 3rd Street-University Bicycle Boulevard!) to La Rosa.
If you are driving to us, we have several parking options for you. While finding parking, please be respectful of our neighbors.

Disabled Parking
Disabled parking spaces are available on site for no charge. Please let the parking attendant know that you have a disabled placard and they will direct you to disabled parking spaces.

What is Angel Parking and how can I purchase?
Angel Parking is our pre-paid, on-site parking lot. It is available for advance purchase only and is not available for purchase in person. Please note that there are a limited number of spaces available.
How to purchase:
Go to our calendar and select the show you’d like to buy tickets for, select the desired type and quantity of tickets, and click Checkout. If parking is available, it will appear as an add-on on the following screen. Only one Angel Parking add-on is needed per vehicle.
When you arrive at La Rosa on the day of the show, turn into the Benedictine parking lot. Show your Angel Parking ticket to the parking attendant, and the attendant will direct you to the lot.
